Super Eagles Star Reportedly Building Estate In Lagos Called Chelsea Estate

There are huge rumours from unknown sources that 27 year-old Nigeria and Chelsea midfielder, John Obi Mikel is currently planning on building a mini estate in the Ajah/Badore new development area of Lagos which will be called Chelsea Estate.
Mikel and his partners (including a bank) are planning to build over 100 housing units of 2/3/4bedroom service apartments, a multipurpose hall and recreational facilities. The Estate is proposed to be named Chelsea Estate, and the construction work has already begun.
